I. Service Terms Confirmation and Acceptance
Yixing owns the ownership and operation rights of https://yxstainlesssteelcasting.com/ and all products and related software involved. Yixing has the right to supervise, prompt, inspect, correct, and penalize all activities on https://yxstainlesssteelcasting.com/. Users must not use Yixing services to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates national legal systems, including but not limited to the following information: Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution; Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, destroying national unity; Damaging national honor and interests; Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, destroying ethnic unity; Destroying national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition; Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, destroying social stability; Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime; Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others; Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. Yixing has the right to review and supervise users’ use of Yixing. If users violate any of the above provisions when using Yixing, Yixing or its authorized persons have the right to require users to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting content posted by users, suspending or terminating users’ right to use Yixing) to reduce the impact of users’ improper behavior. Stealing others’ user accounts or using network communications to harass others are illegal acts. Users must not use testing, deception, or any other illegal means to steal other users’ accounts or harass others.
III. Intellectual Property Rights
Users guarantee and declare that they have complete and legal copyright or complete and legal authorization for the works they provide that can be used for their activities on Yixing, guarantee that Yixing‘s use of such works does not violate national laws and regulations, and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or assume any obligations. Users should bear full responsibility for all consequences caused by the imperfection, illegality of form, content, and authorization of the works they provide. For texts, images, graphics, etc. created and uploaded to Yixing by users themselves, Yixing reserves the right to monitor all content on its website in real-time and has the right to delete any works that violate the provisions of this agreement based on its independent judgment. Yixing is not responsible for any consequences or losses caused to users by deleting user works. If Yixing or its affiliated companies suffer losses (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential losses) due to any nature of compensation, compensation, or fines to third parties due to the illegality of user works or infringement of third parties’ legitimate rights and interests, users bear comprehensive compensation responsibility for the above losses suffered by Yixing or its affiliated companies. Any third party can share content created by users of this site under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. Yixing also provides users with the “Content Derivative-Same Way Sharing” option. Any third party can share content created by users of this site under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Yixing also provides users with the “Reserve All Rights, Prohibit Reprinting” option. Unless obtaining separate authorization from the original author, any third party must not reprint content that declares prohibition of reprinting, otherwise it will be considered infringement.
